The Education Association of Itasca Grassroots Political Activist coordinates our advocacy to the Illinois General Assembly, statewide offices, and Congress who will make a difference for quality education.
Grassroot Political Activists (GPAs) are a cadre of member activists chosen by IEA region leaders to implement and advance IEA’s policy advocacy and political action programs. Work is done through GO Teams (Grassroots Organizer Teams), made up of a GO Team member from each local in the Region.
